Live temporarily in a furnished flat with kitchen in Ostfildern near Stuttgart. Combine work and private life in our modern furnished flats near the centre of Stuttgart, the trade fair and with a view of the countryside.

These furnished flats of our offer "Wohnen auf Zeit in Stuttgart" (temporary living in Stuttgart) all have a kitchenette with fridge, bathroom with toilet and a balcony with a view of the nature. In the 1-room flat you have 23-30 m² at your disposal, in the 2-room flat you enjoy 60 m² of space as well as a bathtub in the separate bathroom. If the furnished flat with kitchen is rented from Stuttgart on a monthly basis, cleaning can be done by us at an extra charge. The use of our washing machines and WLAN is possible for a small surcharge. Free parking is available directly in front of the house. Towels and bed linen are also provided free of charge. A vending machine with snacks and drinks is available for a fee.
