Live temporarily in a furnished flat with kitchen in Ostfildern near Stuttgart. Combine work and private life in our modern furnished flats near the centre of Stuttgart, the trade fair and with a view of the countryside.

These furnished flats of our offer "Wohnen auf Zeit in Stuttgart" (temporary living in Stuttgart) all have a kitchenette with fridge, bathroom with toilet and a balcony with a view of the nature. In the 1-room flat you have 23-30 m² at your disposal, in the 2-room flat you enjoy 60 m² of space as well as a bathtub in the separate bathroom. If the furnished flat with kitchen is rented from Stuttgart on a monthly basis, cleaning can be done by us at an extra charge. The use of our washing machines and WLAN is possible for a small surcharge. Parking spaces are available for a fee directly in front of the house. Towels and bed linen are provided free of charge. A vending machine with snacks and drinks is available for a fee.

Where do I get the best price?

Directly through our website. Booking with us is usually cheaper than going through a booking portal — no commission is added to the price. Exclusive website offers are up to 5% below the regular rate. For monthly stays, prices start at €22 per night, depending on apartment size and length of stay.

How are the opening hours?

Of course, you can get the keys for the apartments at any time with your access code. However, the reception team is not on site around the clock.

How can I cancel my booking?

If you booked directly through our website, you can cancel using the confirmation email we sent you, or simply email us at info@kh-apartment.de.

If you booked through a booking portal such as HRS, Expedia or Booking.com, please contact them using the details in the confirmation you received from that portal.

Can I stay for longer than one night, for example for a project lasting several months?

Yes. Kemnater Hof is designed for temporary accommodation — most guests stay for several weeks or months. Bookings are available from five nights, with no maximum length of stay. Guests include business travellers, seconded project staff, trade fair visitors and private individuals in transitional situations. Tiered rates are available for longer stays.

Do the apartments have their own kitchen?

Yes, every apartment has its own kitchenette and private bathroom. Facilities include a stove, refrigerator and microwave. Guests who need more space for cooking can also use the common room with its open-plan kitchen. Bed linen and towels are included: cleaning takes place every 14 days, and towels are changed weekly.

How does arrival work if I arrive late in the evening?

Arrival is via self check-in using a key box and is possible from 13:00, including in the evening, at night and at weekends. The access code is sent by email on the day of arrival. Reception is staffed in person from 08:00 to 11:00 and reachable by telephone from 08:00 to 21:00 — but for the arrival itself, nobody has to work around opening hours.

Can companies book apartments for their employees and receive a consolidated invoice?

Yes. Companies can agree on corporate rates and, on request, receive a consolidated invoice addressed to the client rather than individual invoices. This is particularly common for several employees and longer project assignments. The best way to enquire is directly via the contact form at kemnaterhof.de.

What apartment sizes are available?

Around 40 apartments ranging from 18 to 120 m² — from compact apartments for one person and one- or two-room apartments to a luxury apartment with 3.5 rooms. An eight-bed apartment is also available for groups. All apartments are furnished and ready to move into.

How far is Stuttgart Trade Fair Centre and the airport?

Stuttgart Trade Fair Centre and the airport can be reached in around ten minutes, Esslingen in about fifteen minutes, and Stuttgart city centre in approximately twenty minutes. The A8 motorway is only a few minutes away. Parking is available directly at the property, including a charging station for up to two electric vehicles, payable by credit card.

Can I book directly with the operator, or only through a booking portal?

You can book directly with the operator. Enquiries can be made using the form at kemnaterhof.de, and a response is provided promptly. Booking through an intermediary portal is not necessary.

Is there an outdoor area or shared facilities?

Yes. The property includes a common room with an open-plan kitchen and a garden with barbecue facilities, tables and seating available for guests to use freely. Many apartments also have their own balcony overlooking the fields.

Is there still a restaurant here?

No, the restaurant operation was discontinued a few years ago. A drinks and snack vending machine is available, as well as the kitchen in each apartment and in the common room. Shops and restaurants are located nearby.

What is the difference between Kemnater Hof and Schlafking?

Both are operated by the same company at the same location. Kemnater Hof is aimed at business travellers, companies, trade fair guests and private individuals. Schlafking is the offering for tradespeople, installation teams and project staff, with corporate rates and consolidated invoicing.
