How can I cancel my booking?

Have you booked through a third-party provider, such as HRS, Expedia or Booking? If so, please contact the contact on your booking confirmation directly.

Where do I get the best price?

You'll always get the best price on our homepage. Exclusive homepage offers can be up to 5% cheaper than the current daily rate.

How are the opening hours?

Of course, you can get the room keys for the hotel and rooms at any time with your access code. However, the reception team is not on site around the clock.

Our opening hours:

in person from 08:00 to 13:00
by telephone from 08:00 to 21:00 hrs.

When can you go to your room?

Check-in is from 13:00 and is only possible via our key box. You can find out more here: Self-Check-In HowTo

When will the towels be changed?

To protect the environment, we do not change your towels every day. If you would like your towels to be changed, simply leave them on the floor in the bathroom.
In our apartments we change the towels every 8 days.

When and how will you pay?

Payment is always made on arrival. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, or for companies with advance invoice.
You will receive the invoice by PDF via the e-mail address provided.

Until when can you use the room?

Check-out is until 11:00 am.

What's all in your room?

Yes, there is WLAN in all rooms, you can get the login at the reception.

...a hairdryer?
Yes, all rooms are equipped with a hairdryer.

...a washing machine?
Yes, there is a separate laundry room, equipped with washing machines and dryers, here you can use the machine for a fee.

...a kitchen, fridge etc.?
Yes, for a fee we can open our small kitchens for you, the opening costs € 55,00.

...a safe?

 ...bed linen for allergy sufferers?
Yes. All beds are equipped with bed linen suitable for allergy sufferers as standard. If you would like an extra pillow, please let our colleagues on site know so that they can take this into account.

Do the rooms have balconies?

Yes, almost all rooms have a balcony with a unique view of nature.

For the little ones

Of course, parents know best what your little ones need. However, there are a few things you can simply leave at home.

Can you take your dog with you?

Yes... for a daily fee of € 15,00 per dog, you are welcome to take your pet with you, unfortunately cats are not allowed.

Do you have parking spaces at the hotel?

Yes, we have parking spaces in front of the hotel, which you can use free of charge as long as you are a guest in the hotel, for this you will receive a parking permit.

Your safety!
The car park, as well as various areas around and in the hotel, are video-monitored.

Do we have an e-charging station?

Yes... we have an e-charging station for up to two vehicles, billing is automatic. There is a charge of € 0.49 per KW.

Self-Check-In - easy as that
Your CHECK IN, or arrival is via the key box, so you can arrive from 13:00 24/7.
  1. You will receive your access code for the key box on the day of arrival by email + SMS. Enter the received code at the key box, then you will receive your key by ejection chute.
  2. On the key you will find an explanation of where your room is and your wifi code.
  3. ATTENTION: If you have not received the code, you must ask for the access data to the key box before your arrival!
