The health and safety of you and our team is naturally close to our hearts.

The current situation naturally requires that we have revised and strengthened our previous strict cleanliness and hygiene regulations. If we all pull together, we can do it easily and without losing the fun of working and travelling!

Disinfection of public areas and room keys

Our teams disinfect surfaces at short intervals, such as stair railings, buttons in the lift, work surfaces with and without guest contact, door handles, tables, payment terminals, room keys etc. A UV disinfection device was purchased for the room keys.

Disinfectant dispensers in the public areas

In the lobby and breakfast room you will find several disinfectant dispensers with which you can disinfect your hands.

Disinfection of the rooms

Our cleaning teams all wear mouth-nose protection. The gloves worn and cleaning cloths used are changed after each room. The surfaces in the room are cleaned and disinfected particularly thoroughly.

Contactless payment before arrival!

The bills are paid before arrival via the credit card on file or via PayPal, so contactless payment is possible.

Your CHECK IN, or arrival is via the key box, so you can arrive from 14:00 24/7.
  1. Please fill out your registration form online, the link was sent to you via the reservation confirmation.
  2. You will receive your access code for the key box on the day of arrival by email + SMS. Enter the received code at the key box, then you will receive your key by ejection chute.

  3. On the key you will find an explanation of where your room is and your wifi code.
  4. ATTENTION: If you have not received the code, you must ask for the access data to the key box before your arrival!
